We went to the aquarium shop today and bought another batch of fishes. This time, we did not mix the species. We bought only Neon Tetras this time round. The quantity is 50 at S$6. I hope they can survive this time round. I read from other web pages that they will do well in a group. Here is a photo of the 50 fishes swimming in our one foot tank.
The shop recommended a disease preventive medicine and we bought it. Hope it helps to keep the fishes alive.
We certainly hope that they are healthy all the time. At the same time, we re-started the hang-over filter which we believed was not the cause of death of the tetras previously. This is a good opportunity to confirm our suspicion.
